Eric has 35 years of experience in the Phoenix metropolitan commercial real estate market.

Eric has specialized in the leasing and sales of office and industrial income producing properties, sales and leasing of new development projects and the development and sales of business parks.

Born and raised in Arizona Eric is a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in finance.

Eric and his wife Kim have been married for 28 years and have six children.

Their pride and joy is their family; any free time is spent working family projects together, boating, snow skiing and traveling.

Eric has served nineteen years in the Boy Scouts of America as a scout master and District Commissioner, while continuing to serve as an adult leader in his church.

John’s aggressive cold calling and focus within the Central Phoenix, Sky Harbor and Southeast Valley submarkets have earned him CoStar’s Power Broker award in 2003 and 2004.

Prior to commercial real estate brokerage, John spent 3-years in the U.S. Navy serving on board both the U.S.S. Henry B. Wilson (DDG-7) and U.S.S. Halsey (CG-23), plus serving an additional 3-years in the active reserves.

Elizabeth earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Business from Brigham Young University.

After graduating from college, she got her start working in the real estate industry as on office manager for the first online real estate school in Utah.

From there, Elizabeth has gone on to work in commercial real estate development, commercial property management and commercial sales/leasing support.

In 2018 she finished all the classes and testing for her real estate Broker’s license.

Elizabeth was born and raised in Arizona.

In her spare time she loves spending time with her husband and daughter, biking, jogging and baking.
